Quality Policy

Rioquímica is committed to establishing itself as a reference in the quality of processes, products, and services, aiming to meet and exceed the expectations of its customers, partners, and society, with a focus on continuous improvement, sustainability, and compliance.
To this end, we establish the following principles and guidelines:
  • Customer satisfaction: Ensure that our products and services meet the requirements agreed with the customer, including technical specifications, deadlines, safety, and quality. We continuously seek to improve the customer experience through feedback (or evaluations/comments), monitoring, and corrective action.
  • Compliance with legal, regulatory, and normative requirements: Meet all applicable requirements for our activities — whether laws, regulations, internal or external standards — environmental regulations, chemical safety, good industrial practices, and other relevant requirements for the sector, including personal data protection regulations (LGPD).
  • Continuous process improvement: Implement, maintain, and improve a quality management system that allows for process monitoring, identification of non-conformities, definition of goals, analysis of performance indicators, and systematic adoption of improvement actions.
  • Innovation, proactivity, and flexibility: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement throughout the organization, with speed, flexibility, and focus on efficiency. Empower employees, adopt good technological practices, and promote process optimization to increase productivity and competitiveness.
  • Quality in products and services: Ensure that every manufactured product or service provided follows rigorous quality, control, and verification criteria, guaranteeing reliability, safety, and performance as specified. This includes intrinsic quality and information security and data protection in our systems and services.
  • Ethics, transparency, and stakeholder relations: Maintain ethical, transparent, and respectful relationships with customers, suppliers, employees, the community, and other stakeholders. Promote open communication, social and environmental responsibility in operations, and the protection of everyone's personal data.
  • Environmental responsibility and safety: Operate sustainably, aware of environmental impacts and risks associated with chemical activity. Promote efficient use of resources, pollution prevention, waste management, and ensure safe working conditions for our employees.
  • Quality goals and indicators: Establish clear quality, performance, and improvement goals, monitor effectiveness and efficiency indicators, periodically review results, and promote adjustments when necessary.
